RecolorPro is an online recoloring service for changing colors in images, GIFs, and videos. The service uses account, upload, subscription, and technical information only as needed to provide, secure, improve, and support the platform.

When you use the editor, we process files you upload, color mappings, output settings, transform status, download activity, and temporary processing data needed to create your result.

If you contact us, we collect the information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, message, issue details, and any support context needed to respond.

Payments may be processed by Paddle and the payment methods Paddle makes available at checkout. RecolorPro does not store full card numbers or full payment credentials on its own servers.

We may receive and store payment-related metadata such as plan name, billing term, subscription status, amount, currency, transaction identifiers, refund status, and payment provider response data so we can activate subscriptions, provide receipts, handle support, and prevent abuse.

Uploaded files and generated outputs are processed for the purpose of delivering the recoloring service. The editor is not intended to be a permanent storage or backup service.

Transform jobs are designed to be temporary. Current editor job files are cleaned automatically after a short retention window, generally around 30 minutes, although no deletion workflow can be guaranteed to be immediate or uninterrupted.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions needed to upload, recolor, and download any file you submit to RecolorPro.

We use information to provide the editor, process uploads, create outputs, enforce plan limits, activate subscriptions, manage accounts, send verification or service messages, respond to support requests, detect abuse, troubleshoot errors, and improve reliability.

We may use technical and usage information to measure visits, understand service performance, prevent duplicate guest abuse, protect the platform, and maintain billing or security records.

RecolorPro uses cookies and local storage for essential functions such as remembering cookie preferences, keeping users signed in, supporting guest usage limits, and maintaining editor state.
