RecolorPro User Agreement

By creating an account, accessing the platform, uploading files, or using any recoloring, rendering, preview, download, payment, or account feature offered by RecolorPro, you agree to be bound by this User Agreement and any related policies referenced by it.

If you do not agree with these terms, you must not register for an account, upload any files, or use the service. Continued use of the platform after updates to this agreement constitutes acceptance of those updates.

You confirm that you are legally able to enter into this agreement and that all registration details you provide are accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

RecolorPro may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if account information is false, misleading, incomplete, or used in a way that threatens the platform, other users, or the company.

You represent and warrant that you own the files you upload or have all rights, licenses, permissions, and consents necessary to upload, process, edit, recolor, store, and download them through RecolorPro.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the service does not infringe intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, contractual restrictions, or any applicable law. RecolorPro does not verify ownership of uploaded material and is not responsible for disputes arising from your uploads or outputs.

You may not use RecolorPro for unlawful, deceptive, harmful, abusive, defamatory, infringing, invasive, fraudulent, malicious, or unauthorized purposes. This includes, without limitation, uploading content you do not have the right to use, attempting to bypass plan limits, probing or attacking platform infrastructure, reverse engineering restricted systems, or automating abusive traffic.

You may not use the service in connection with illegal surveillance, impersonation, misinformation, harassment, or any activity that could create legal liability, reputational damage, or operational harm for RecolorPro or third parties.

RecolorPro provides automated tools that assist with recoloring and related visual processing. Outputs may contain inaccuracies, artifacts, color deviations, failed renders, missing details, compression issues, or other technical defects depending on file quality, format, user settings, or platform conditions.

You are solely responsible for reviewing every output before publication, distribution, commercial use, or reliance. RecolorPro does not guarantee that outputs will be accurate, fit for purpose, legally compliant, commercially suitable, or free from defects.

Files submitted to RecolorPro may be temporarily stored, transformed, cached, transmitted, and processed for the purpose of providing the requested service, maintaining platform operations, enforcing security controls, preventing abuse, and supporting support or billing workflows.

Although RecolorPro may use temporary retention and cleanup processes, you acknowledge that no storage, transmission, or deletion workflow can be guaranteed to be uninterrupted, immediate, or error-free. You should not use the platform as a backup solution or as the sole location for important files.

Paid access, usage allowances, billing terms, quotas, watermark rules, plan features, and platform limits are governed by the plan you select and the settings configured by RecolorPro. Monthly allowances may reset on a recurring basis as described by the platform and do not necessarily roll over.

RecolorPro reserves the right to enforce plan rules, upload limits, rate limits, subscription status checks, and abuse-prevention controls at any time. Access to paid features may be suspended, limited, or denied if billing is incomplete, disputed, reversed, expired, or otherwise invalid.

RecolorPro is provided on an "as is," "as available," and "with all faults" basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. RecolorPro disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, reliability, security, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation.

RecolorPro does not warrant that the platform will be free from errors, vulnerabilities, downtime, defects, malicious interference, data loss, failed payments, failed uploads, failed downloads, or third-party service interruptions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RecolorPro, its owners, operators, affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, special, punitive, or business-related damages arising from or related to your use of, inability to use, or reliance on the service.

This limitation applies to, without limitation, loss of revenue, loss of profit, loss of business opportunity, data loss, output defects, legal claims from third parties, reputational harm, service interruptions, payment issues, security incidents, corrupted files, or failed transformations, even if RecolorPro was advised that such damages might occur.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RecolorPro and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, penalties, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your account, your uploads, your outputs, your use of the service, your violation of this agreement, or your infringement of any rights of another person or entity.

RecolorPro may suspend, restrict, or terminate access immediately, with or without prior notice, if it believes your conduct creates legal, operational, billing, reputational, or security risk, or if continued access would be harmful to the platform or others.

Termination or suspension does not waive any rights or remedies available to RecolorPro and does not relieve you of obligations that arose before termination.

RecolorPro may change, pause, limit, replace, or discontinue any part of the platform, including features, quotas, pricing logic, payment methods, storage windows, file restrictions, and support availability, at any time and without liability.

RecolorPro may also revise this agreement from time to time. The updated version becomes effective when posted unless a later effective date is stated.

Questions about this User Agreement may be directed through the official RecolorPro contact channels listed on the website. If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, your only remedy is to stop using the service.
